Who We Are:

The Parker Institute for Excellence was founded in 2001. We are dedicated to providing high quality technical assistance and assessments to develop customized training curricula to improve performance. We have many years of experience supporting private organizations, government agencies, and community-based organizations.

 

We are part of a large international network of associates from diverse backgrounds and experience who collaborate to provide the best solutions. Our commonality is reaching out to others and imparting self-confidence, strong leadership, and increased professionalism for our clients. Our strategic partnerships allow us to provide services anywhere they are needed.

Team Experience:

Our team has extensive expertise in supporting public and private organizational projects.

  • Developing, managing, and evaluating statewide programs for TANF/SNAP clients
  • Developing, negotiating, and managing multi-million-dollar contracts and grants
  • Managing training division for large state government agency
  • Evaluating medical and work histories for rehabilitation and training purposes
  • Providing Human Resource outsource services to organizations
  • Evaluating processes and recommending improvements to organizational procedures, program operations, and workflow
  • Planning statewide training programs and conferences for new employee onboarding and federal and state policy changes
  • Reviewing performance reports, advising management on findings, and making recommendations
  • Designing effective and impactful marketing campaigns for corporations and community businesses
